We are looking for our next Account Development Specialist for the Guadalajara area.

Our Account Development Specialist will bethe initial and sustained inside sales contact for designated customers.

As main activities you will have:

- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
- Manage and execute the Lead Method and other Queues for turning MQL Leads into SQL Opportunities.
- Understand Omron Core Product capabilities, as well as Advanced Technologies to aid in Product Selection (Features / Benefits)
- Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple work assignments.
- Plans and completes assignments within customer expectations/deadlines.
- Input all tasks, requests, and information into the CRM tool, including setting up new customers.
- Identify and present new ideas for improved processes and procedures.
- A persistent attitude and willingness to overcome rejection when making cold calls.
- Collaborate with Direct Customers, Sales, Marketing, and Industry & Product Management.
- Ability to use excel and other database techniques to sort data for pivot tables, V-look-up, and other methods to identify sales trends and opportunities.
- Continually keeping up with competing products and technologies.
- Represent Omron in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner.
- Represents the Omron Guiding Principles through personal and business interactions with employees, distributors, and colleagues.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education:Bachelor´s degree (International business, international trade, business administration or related)

**Experience**:
2 to 4 years in a B2B or B2C proactive customer engagement through digital marketing & media. Preference experience with a technology based company

Must be fluent in Spanish and English
