We are excited to announce that Camino Financial is growing We are looking for some energetic and excited individuals looking to join our community We are seeking a **loan Servicing Analyst** to be a critical part of shaping and growing the **Credit Operations **Team

To underwrite Micro-Enterprise as well as Small & Medium businesses ("SME") loans in accordance with the approved credit criteria and scoring algorithms, as well as aid, when necessary, in portfolio analytics to determine segment performance. Understanding human behavior, credit report interpretation, financial management, and fraud are key to making the right course of action.

Main responsibilities:

- Underwrite Micro-Enterprise & SME loans within the agreed turnaround time
- Maintain a below threshold delinquency %age
- Conduct verification calls with clients to confirm the data and information provided
- Ensure all necessary data is inputted and captured on system with no errors
- Digitally organize and store credit files as necessary and per the process
- Provide credit advisory to prospect members via phone to ensure they are matched with the most suitable product
- Aid the Credit Underwriting Manager in:

- Training stakeholders on Credit criteria
- Handling complaints and client requests related to the Credit Underwriting Division
- Developing optimum underwriting processes to minimize human error
- Manage the system parameters to ensure adherence the credit policies
