- 8 -15 years of experience in Sales, commercial and/or Marketing preferably in the Optical or Pharmaceutical industry
- People management
- Experience in transnational/multinational Health companies
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field)
- Master or specialization is desirable
- Achieve growth and sales targets through effective sales team management.
- Develop (with the Key Account Manager reporting to he/she) strategic business plans through each business channel (ECPs, Retail & Distributors), country to maximize short
- and long-term value for the company.
- Act as an integrator of all the areas involved in CVI, to guarantee the Organization's support to customers.
- Timely monitoring of team performance and ensure PMO & development plans/process.
- Recruit staff, set goals, guide and monitor performance of a sales team of 2 Regional Managers, 16 Reps, 2 Misight Specialists and 2 Key Account Manager.
- Establish and foster strong and lasting relationships with customers by working with them and understanding their needs.
- Develop the talent and commercial capacity of the teams, ensuring a sense of shared purpose, passion to win and a sharp execution coordinated in line with the ambitions and objectives of the business.
- Lead the commercial team ( Key account Manager) with negotiation guidelines and management of the commercial budget of the business.
- Develop accurate forecasts and projections to the management team.
- Identify opportunities and changes in the market, being fully knowledgeable about the products and the state of the competition.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual customer sales projections.
- Definition, control, implementation and monitoring of special promotions and prices by chain or client.
- Ensure impeccable execution of the sales/commercial team.
- Follow up and ensure compliance with the Sales Force Effectiveness metrics of the entire sales team.
- Lead the commercial area with clear guidelines on to the Key Account Manager reporting to this person.
- Work and ensure key accounts forecasts and plans for top 5 customers/accounts.
