As a Pre-Sales and Engagement Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the excellence of our Managed Solutions team, driving growth, and ensuring that we deliver unparalleled value to our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business challenges, goals, and technology needs.
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that effectively showcase our IT solutions and services to prospective clients.
- Technical Expertise: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our technology offerings and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Requirements Analysis: Work closely with clients to gather and analyze their technical requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and project scopes.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions that align with client requirements, ensuring feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Proposal Development: Assist in creating detailed project proposals, including scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budget estimates.
- Client Presentations: Present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders, addressing questions and concerns, and building confidence in our capabilities.
- Contract Negotiation: Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring that the agreed-upon terms align with the project scope and expectations.
- Project Transition: Facilitate a smooth transition from the pre-sales phase to the project execution phase, ensuring all technical and client requirements are properly communicated.
- Continuously gather feedback from clients and project teams to improve the engagement and delivery processes.

**Skills and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in pre-sales, client engagement, or technical consulting roles in the IT industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
