**JOB SUMMARY**:
The role of the SAP S/4 HANA Solution Lead for Logistics, Extended Warehouse and Transportation Management will serve as the owner and lead for the global S/4 HANA platform for Orbia businesses Koura, AlphaGary and Vestolit (KAV) for the processes of inventory, extended warehouse and transportation management. The solution lead for logistics, extended warehouse and transportation management is part of Orbia’s Global ERP Solution Team which is overall accountable for the SAP S/4 ERP platform.

**EDUCATION REQUIRED**:
**Minimum**: Masters degree in computer science or engineering

**Desirable**: Agile, project management, SAP certifications

**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
5-10 years of combined SAP ERP experience in implementation projects and operational support.

4-6 years of leadership experience to deliver project phases of a global design, build and deploy project for a functional workstream in the logistics, extended warehouse and transportation management domain.

Experience in global template design, build and deployment projects.

Strong business process understanding, experience in business process design including simplification, harmonization and standardization for global template solutions

Broad knowledge in logistics, extended warehouse and transportation management SAP functionality, end-to-end project implementation experience and operational run support experience

Experience in configuration and data design for S/4 HANA solution for the logistics, extended warehouse and transportation management domains

Understanding of process integrations between manufacturing, quality, logistics, transportation, maintenance, finance, controlling and sales

Experience in organizational change management including change impact identification, assessment and change action planning

Engagement management for business stakeholders including business process owners, key users and senior business leaders

Strong communication skills to facilitate and lead complex conversations including business process and solution design workshops

Collaborative approach with business, partnering with business process owners throughout all steps of the improvement process

Process performance minded, experienced in process analysis and optimization

Process advisor to the business, consulting mindset helping to guide and coach the business key users and business process owners towards improved processes and solutions

Vision of how to improve business process and ERP system further to continuously generate added business value

Functional SAP expertise across multiple areas, configuration experience of the logistics, extended warehouse and transportation management domain

Project management experience, able to lead project teams and deliver end-to-end solutions

Experienced in agile delivery, product/release backlog, sprint planning/execution, deployment.

Master data knowledge, data quality assessment, cleansing experience, management of data quality improvements.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Lead the global design and build phase for the global S/4 HANA template development

For the global rollout of the S/4 HANA solution, lead the deployment activities end-to-end for the logistics, extended warehouse and transportation management domain

Partner with the business process owner and key users to deliver project deploy activities on the business side
