The team lead as key member of security operations center team and leadership team, responsible for lead and develop the team, coordinating with stakeholders in the business and IT to facilitate security incident response, cyber threat and vulnerability management, and drive activities to mature the service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Strong passion in information security and leadership development, self-driven and strong people focus.
- A professional in charge of guiding and leading an entire group. responsible for motivating their teammates as well as inspiring positive communication within them so that they can work together toward achieving goals.
- Acting as regional representatives for security operations center, connect with regional stakeholders, and lead the incident response effort in during the time zone.
- Facilitate security investigation, validate scale, impact, and severity during critical incident response.
- Provide remediation advice and assist incident response team in security incident response activities, escalate if required
- Drive lesson learned session together with stakeholders and ensure security control and process are improved to prevent similar attacks.
- Write up and report out to management and stakeholders to ensure risk transparency.
- Facilitate projects and activities within Security Operations Center
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel to active participating direction setting and maturing Danfoss security operations center

**Background & Skills**:
Education: IT Team lead require a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information sciences, or in a similar field from college or university.
Certification: It is preferred that Team lead are certified. Certifications from accredited bodies, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CISA (Certified Information Security Auditor), GIAC/CISM/CCIE/CCNA, or other specialized security certifications

Knowledge and experience:

- Previous working experience in Global company in Information Security, Security operations center or cyber security incident response team. Leadership experience is preferred.
- Require more than 7-10 years of Information security Technology experience, including Network Security, Endpoint security experience,
- Preferable worked as problem manager or project manager.
- Experience with software development lifecycles and related tools (e.g., bug trackers, software repositories, and code testing frameworks, etc.).
- Understanding of software, protocol, and hardware vulnerabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to represent and explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences (e.g., technical teams, customers, executives, etc.).
- Require possess knowledge of ITIL process, ISO27002 information security standard and information security incident response processes.
- Communications skill: require both verbal and written English communication skills to communicate with all members of the IT team in a professional manner, and to successfully accomplish departmental and company goals.
- Presentation skills: Team lead must possess the ability to clearly and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Research skills: Their job requires them to carry out investigations on incident as well as document findings; hence it is essential that they have ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Continuously learning ability: Team lead must be willing to maintain and update current knowledge of industry best practices for strategy, design, and operational support
