Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing IT help desks. Strong technical knowledge, including Microsoft Windows Desktop and Office, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in web-based concepts and technologies, as well as effective communication and problem-solving skills, are required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and support the Help Desk Team in day-to-day affairs.
- Track issues from open ticket to resolution using the Help Desk ticket management system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
- Analyze performance of Help Desk activities and identify areas for improvement.
This is a working management position, requiring a proactive approach to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain high-pressure work environments. A positive customer service attitude and ability to work collaboratively are also essential.
