RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

Búsqueda, seguimiento y análisis de leads inbound y outbound. Crear oportunidades de negocio a traves de llamadas de prospección en frío y otras estrategias proactivas para atraer prospectos calificados que involucran una comunicación directa con el usuario y el ofrecimiento explícito de productos para conseguir citas al equipo comercial de campo.
- Gestionar base de datos, investigar el mercado y potenciales clientes para generar leads calificados mediante prospección activa.
- Contactar a través de llamadas telefónicas y/o envío de correos a diferentes organizaciones y empresas y generar interés al iniciar el primer contacto, para lograr establecer y concretar reuniones comerciales calificadas.
- Asignar los leads dentro del ranking de prospectos y realizar traspaso de información al equipo de ventas.
- Supervisión de proceso de ventas hasta cierre de negocios.
- Presentar en reuniones comerciales para entregar avances de procesos.
- Registrar todas las actividades de prospección en CRM.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura concluida
- Experiência comproble en ventas como SDR
- Manejo CRM
- Excel (avanzado)
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, que destacan al momento de hablar por teléfono.
- Poseer habilidades de trabajo tanto individual como en equipo.
- Destreza en manejar sus propios proyectos y una gran atención al detalle.
- Habilidades en la generación de "oportunidades de negocios"
- Deseable experiência en el sector educativo

OFRECEMOS
- Sueldo base con Prestaciones de ley.
- Comisiones por campaña anual

Salario: A partir de $20,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
