**¿Qué estamos buscando?
Estamos buscando al mejor **junior sales development representative (SDR) **, para ser parte de nuestro equipo comercial. Las funciones principales del puesto son prospectar leads, identificar clientes potenciales y generar interés en nuestros productos para que posteriormente el equipo de ventas pueda hacer el onboarding del cliente y activarlo. Es así como el SDR de Xepelin juega un rol fundamental de articulación entre growth y ventas.

**Vas a tener la oportunidad de
- Identificar y prospectar clientes potenciales a través de diversos canales, como correo electrónico, redes sociales, llamadas y eventos.
- Realizar llamadas de descubrimiento para entender las necesidades y desafíos de los clientes potenciales, y determinar si nuestra solución es adecuada para ellos.
- Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de marketing para comprender las campañas y actividades de generación de demanda, y aprovechar esas oportunidades para identificar nuevos clientes potenciales.
- Utilizar herramientas de ventas y marketing, como CRM, para registrar y hacer seguimiento de las interacciones con los clientes potenciales.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los representantes de ventas para asegurar que los clientes potenciales calificados se conviertan en oportunidades de venta calificadas.
- Un SDR exitoso debe ser un buen comunicador, con habilidades para escuchar activamente y hacer preguntas relevantes para descubrir las necesidades del cliente. Además, debe tener habilidades de organización y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. También se espera que tenga experiência en la utilización de herramientas de ventas y marketing, así como habilidades en el uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación.

**¿Qué te hará tener éxito?
- Recién egresado de carreras universitarias en negocios, ingeniería o afines.
- Tener experiência de 1 año en ventas con prospección, generación de clientes potenciales y llamados en frío (Practicas o intern no indispensable).
- Conocimientos básicos de conceptos financieros.
- Destreza en la generación y calificación de leads.
- Habilidades de comunicación desarrolladas y poder de convencimiento.
- Gusto en el proceso de venta, dar feedback, aprender, querer descubrir nuevas formas y oportunidades de venta.
