Ubicación: Monterrey, Mexico.

Objetivo: Lograr objetivos de ventas establecidos, mediante la negociación con los mayoristas, cadenas de farmacias y clientes
de canal moderno (supermercados, club de precios, tiendas de conveniencia, etc) contribuyendo a satisfacer las necesidades de los mismos, mejorando la penetración en el mercado dermatológico. Establecer en conjunto con Trade Marketing JBP por cliente (Join Bussiness plan) y dar seguimiento a la ejecución de los mismos. Crear fuertes relaciones a largo plazo
con los clientes.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Colaborar con el Gerente Comercial en el establecimiento y en la ejecución de la estrategia local con el fin de alcanzar las metas establecidas para la división.
- Colaborar en el diseño, implementación y monitoreo de los planes requeridos para incrementar la eficiencia de la división.
- Preparar reportes sobre los resultados de su función y explicar las desviaciones al Gerente Comercial.
- Proponer iniciativas al para mejorar los resultados de la división, así como comunicar los requerimientos financieros y de personal para lograr los resultados esperados.
- Implementar estrategias definidas por las Unidades de Negocio para comercializar los productos de Galderma en México.
- Ejecutar actividades para el Sell-in y Sell-Out de productos de Galderma, considerando la estrategia de crecimiento local definida por las diferentes Unidades de Negocio de Galderma México.
- Realizar negociaciones con clientes para la colocación de productos de Galderma, buscando obtener los mejores beneficios para la compañía.
- Identificar oportunidades de mercado y comunicarlas a las unidades de negocio para su análisis y evaluación.

**Perfil**:

- Formación Académica:_
Buscamos profesional en carreras administrativas, ingeniería, mercadeo, o carreras a fines.
Excel avanzado, manejo de DDD, Close up, Mipres, PBS.
- Experiência laboral: _.
Mínimo 3 años de experiência como Gerente
de Cuentas Clave en la industria farmacéutica. Experiência en negociación con clientes mayoristas de la industria farmacéutica o de la industria de Consumo. Experiência en compañía
farmacéuticas o de consumo trasnacionales.
