**About the Role**
As an **Account Representative**, you’ll play a crucial role in our US operations, working closely with the Account Manager and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and follow up on all tasks related to current and new projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Maintain live updates on reports and smart sheets to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the installation department, providers, and other company departments to facilitate seamless operations.
- Attend all internal and external meetings involving customers to provide support and insights.

**Qualifications for the Account Representative Role**:
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading). TOEFL score is a plus.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferably a graduate).
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a telemarketer or customer service agent is highly desirable due to the role's customer-focused nature.

**Compensation and Benefits for you**
- **Salary**: $18,000-$20,000 MXN (net) per month, based on qualifications and experience.
- **Work Environment**: 100% remote (home office).
- **Supervisor**: Report directly to the Account Manager.
- **Holidays**: 8 U.S. holidays observed.
- **Paid Time Off**: 5 additional PTO days annually, in addition to standard vacation days.
