Digital Marketing Manager

Paramount Pictures Mexico is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, responsible for planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of digital communication campaigns for theatrical movie releases through owned, paid, and earned media.
Accountabilities:
- Responsible of Paramount Pictures local online presence
- Manage local Digital team (digital assistant and outside agencies and vendors), including briefing and coordination for all active and upcoming titles.
- Maintain relationship with Home Office Digital Marketing department.
- Develop and maintain Content Creator / Influencer relationships while coordinating compelling activities/experiences for them, including screenings and other events.
- Follow up and evaluate Content Creator activities performance / ROI.
- Coordinate, maintain and evaluate performance of all Paramount Picture digital platforms (including websites, social network profiles and handles, SEO and CRM), unifying our digital ecosystem.
- Responsible of paid digital media campaign, managing media agency to plan, optimize and evaluate paid digital media campaigns, setting relevant KPIs based on historic and competitive benchmarks.
- Digital campaign performance evaluation and competitive research, including data analytics/storytelling.
- Review and coordinate localization of assets; create locally relevant assets and content, leveraging current trends and zeitgeist.
- Generate campaign related reports as needed (including but not limited to trailer 24 hr. and 7-day reports, weekly paid media campaign and asset performance reports, competitive reports, social listening, etc.)
- Participate in general Marketing team’s brainstorming sessions focusing on synergy and digital support to fully capitalize all marketing activities.
- Develop digital slides for title specific decks to be presented to Home Office strategic teams.
- Support talent visit, premiere event activities and content creator attendance opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with exhibitor digital teams (Cinepolis and Cinemex) to leverage their platforms for our content distribution.
- Coordinate local content production.
- Advise team on current digital / social trends and relevant players
- Purchase Order (PO) creation, Good Receipt (GR) service acknowledgement, keep budget within prebudget assigned planned expenses, run periodical vendor competitive bids, etc.

Education:_**
- College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital or related careers.
- Specialized in Digital Marketing / Data analytics.
- Fluent in English (advanced level required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), design, content production and other social content creation apps (e.g. adobe creative suite or similar).

- Digital assets’ idealization and development.
- Related experience in content creation and content creators’ relationship management (PR) desired.
- Vendor relationship management.

- Well versed in emerging technologies, current trends, and trends.
- Very creative and able to think outside of the box.

Skills & Aptitudes:_**
- Excellent project manager with the ability to coordinate, prioritise and multitask.
- A keen interest and understanding of social media platforms, including X, Meta, YouTube and Tik Tok.
- Good analytical and reporting skills - experience with social media monitoring tools ideal.
- Good interpersonal and soft skills.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Some design and A/V editing experience preferred.
- Strong integrated planning, delivery, and time management skills.
- Ability to co-ordinate, prioritise and multitask.
