This position focuses on negotiating in favor of the needs of the Company and the workers.
Maintain effective collaboration with the Union.
Being an ambassador and disseminator of the company's values.
**Responsibilities**:
- Advice for the prevention of labor risks (for example: disagreements on the part of the worker, labor demands).
- Support to the different areas on issues related to personnel at all levels.
- Analysis of information on absenteeism and turnover indicators.
- Give timely attention to the labor needs of the staff.
- Management of various services and benefits aimed at unionized personnel (Transportation, uniforms, support)
- Pre-payroll administration
**Do you have what it takes?**
- Education: Technical Career.
- Experience: 6 months as a Draftsman or Industrial Designer.
- Skills: Conflict management, Negotiation, Assertive communication, Analytical capacity, Process simplification.
- Knowledge: Federal Labor Law, Microsoft Office, SAP
