**Location**: For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in Mexico.
About this opportunity
The Business Partner, is primarily responsible for the day-to-day execution/delivery of a variety of Human Resources programs, practices and policies for the assigned client groups. With oversight from a Strategic HR Business Partner, this role will provide first level employee support in the assigned client group(s). This role is an integral member of the Business Partner team in building and ensuring the success of people strategies. The Business Partner will be a cultural ambassador collaborating with employees and front-line leadership teams to Make Work Life Better for all our people.

- Point of contact for support and guidance from senior leaders and executive team members.
- Partner with managers and leaders to identify, establish, and execute HR strategies and initiatives; establish trusted relationships with employees and managers.
- Support business goals, strengthen organizational effectiveness, impact performance, retention, employee engagement, and promote the development of employees and managers.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence to create an environment that optimizes the critical people resources and matches them to the needs of the business.
- Actively engage with all levels of employees to create and sustain a solid relationship network, maintain a reliable pulse on organization dynamics and behaviors that affect employee engagement and business goals.
- Proactively recommend actions to management where concerns may arise or patterns of employee issues could emerge.
- Lead change within the business; design processes and approaches which prepare employees for ongoing change and transformation
- Provide employee relations support including: policy implementation, interpretation and enforcement; conduct employee investigations and partner with Employee Relations where needed; swiftly resolve disputes and find solutions to problems.
- Proactively identify training and development needs for individuals and teams and executing training and education for career development; support the design and delivery of training and education for career development
- Plan and execute projects with on-time delivery, measurable outcomes and impact, and robust communication/change management; drive HR events such as annual review, compensation, and policy related implementations.

Skills and Experience we Value
- 8 to 10 years of total HR experience; minimum 5 years of prior HR Business Partner experience
- Understanding of, and experience with, core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing; employee relations; labor relations; performance management; leadership development; training)
- Previous talent management and succession planning experience preferred
- Proven ability to influence decision making; courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professional and poise.
- Must possess consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships
- Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations; highly adaptable to a fluid and ever-changing work environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
