**Job Description**:
At AECOM, the Human Resources (HR) team is focused on what people need and how to provide it. For a people person who wants to begin a career in the exciting world of HR, this is the best place to dive in. We’re searching for a qualified and resourceful HR Generalist to support our business operation in Mexico City. At AECOM, we understand that our business thrives when our employees thrive, and it begins with hiring the right human resources generalist.

Reporting into an HR Business Partner, you will support the sub-regional, business line and in-Country employees with activities and tasks focused on fostering a positive experience through the full employee life-cycle including:

- Onboarding
- Engagement activities (such as Great Place to Work partnership, ED&I Champion network)
- Employee Communications
- Employee Center (manager and employee self-service) education and tips
- Benefits coordination
- Employee development program support (Intern and Graduate Development engagement)
- Escalates performance, employee relations and compensation matters to the LATAM Human Resources Business Partner

Facilitate HR data integrity through Workday
- Reporting analytics and distribution
- Support leadership in HR Transactions including terminations, supervisor changes, performance management, etc.

Support employee offboarding processes including exit interviews

Leverage a continuous improvement mindset to support cyclical HR processes and initiatives
- Standardize communications to support common questions
- Partner with internal Centers of Excellence to implement key processes and timelines
**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Bi-lingual in English / Spanish in writing, reading and speaking
- Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Intellectual curiosity and continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of Mexican national laws and regulations related to employment

Preferred skills and qualifications:

- Proven success working in global HR team structure
- Knowledge of Workday software
