Responsibilities:

- Supervise and ensure compliance with customs regulations in all import and export operations.
- Prepare, review, and submit customs documentation and declarations accurately.
- Perform tariff classification according to the Harmonized System (HS) and correctly apply rates and taxes.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and government authorities.
- Monitor changes in customs legislation and update internal procedures.
- Resolve detentions, customs inspections, and document discrepancies.
- Provide internal advice on restrictions, tariffs, regulations, and best practices in foreign trade.
- Maintain and audit customs records in accordance with Mexican and international regulations.
- Identify opportunities for duty savings, process optimization, and risk reduction.
- Train and guide internal or junior staff on customs compliance matters.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in customs operations.
- Handling of import/export documentation and knowledge of current regulations.
- Excel and ERP systems (SAP, VUCEM, or others).
- Advanced English.
- Location: Marín, Nuevo León
