Managing the company’s shipping operations, including scheduling appointments with shipping companies and filing customs paperwork- Managing inventory by monitoring the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse to ensure that they are properly stored and accounted for- Negotiating contracts with suppliers of raw materials or manufacturers who use the company’s products- Developing and implementing import/export strategies that support the company's business goals and ensure compliance with international trade regulations- Managing import and export documentation, including customs declarations, bills of lading, and other shipping documents- Negotiating freight rates and contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers- Perform audit on all import and export files on regular basis.- Monitor and provide response to all custom inquiries and requests and obtain required product certifications for all export and import products for custom clearance.- Collaborate with various departments and obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance to all import and export policies and perform regular audits on all broker activities.**QUALIFICATIONS**EducationBachelor degree, business, industrial or systems Engineering.**Experience**:Manufacturing field.manufacture buyer: 3 years (required)SAP: 1 year (required)Maquilas purchase: 5 years (preferred)Tariffs/customs bills/customs laws: 5 years (required)Full English language proficiency**Skills**:Problem Solving, Good communication, management with departments, teamwork, timely Decision Makingprocess monitoring, impeccable execution, drive for Results,Action OrientedEthics and Values**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $28,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Live by Guadalupe/Juarez/Apodaca**Experience**:- SAP: 1 year (required)- Tariffs/customs bills/customs laws: 5 years (required)- manufacture buyer import/export: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Ingles conversacional (required)Work Location: In person
