We are a U.S. law firm seeking a full-time legal assistant for our Guadalajara office (ON SITE POSITION) No prior legal experience required—full training provided.
$17,000 MXN net/month + Benefits | 🕒 Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM/ 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities
- Handle calls and correspondence in English
- Prepare/edit documents using firm templates
- Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines

Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year in customer service
- Office/customer service/professional background
- Strong computer skills (Office/Google Workspace)
- Professional, dependable, detail-oriented
- MUST LIVE IN GUADALAJARA, NEAR CHAPULTEPEC
