Lugar: Ciudad de México Vacante: Service Delivery Specialist Actividades a realizar: - Garantizar la entrega de servicios TI conforme a los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLAs) y contratos vigentes. - Ser el punto de contacto principal entre el cliente financiero y NTT para todos los temas de servicio. - Liderar y coordinar un equipo multidisciplinar (~30 personas): operaciones, soporte, incidentes, cambios, etc. - Realizar y liderar revisiones periódicas de servicio (Service Review) con el cliente y con la dirección interna. - Gestionar y reportar KPIs y métricas de servicio: cumplimiento de SLAs, disponibilidad, volumen de incidencias, tiempos de respuesta y resolución, mejoras implementadas. - Impulsar la mejora continua del servicio: planes de acción, optimización de procesos, automatización y reducción de incidencias recurrentes. - Coordinarse estrechamente con equipo extendido para garantizar la estabilidad y calidad del servicio. - Gestionar la demanda y capacidad en coordinación con el cliente y las áreas técnicas. - Apoyar en la gestión de presupuesto del servicio, control de costes y rentabilidad de la cuenta (P&L, si aplica). Conocimientos Técnicos: - Sólidos conocimientos de ITIL y Gestión de Servicios TI (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, Capacity, etc.). - Conocimiento el negocio de TI - Manejo de herramientas ITSM (ServiceNow) Conocimientos generales de: - Infraestructura y aplicaciones: sistemas, redes, seguridad, bases de datos, etc - Monitoreo y disponibilidad de servicios críticos 24x7. - Capacidad para interpretar y presentar indicadores de servicio a niveles técnicos y ejecutivos. Habilidades Blandas: - Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos, con foco en rendimiento, motivación y desarrollo del equipo. - Excelente comunicación y capacidad de relacionamiento con stakeholders de negocio y TI a nivel ejecutivo. - Alta orientación al cliente y a resultados, con sensibilidad al impacto en negocio financiero y reputación. - Capacidad para negociar, gestionar expectativas y resolver conflictos de forma constructiva. - Perfil organizado, analítico y con mentalidad de mejora continua. Requisitos Indispensables: - Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas o similar (titulo y cedula) - Deseable: Certificaciones avanzadas ITIL (ITIL Managing Professional u otras) y Otras certificaciones en gestión de servicios, proyectos o cuentas (ej. PMP, PRINCE2, COBIT, etc.). - Experiencia: 10 años - Ingles: conversacional intermedio - Trabajo presencial con cliente: horario 9 am - 6 pm lunes a viernes - Entorno de alta criticidad (servicios financieros, alta disponibilidad, 24x7). - Necesaria disponibilidad puntual fuera de horario para gestión de crisis, reuniones clave o cambios relevantes. - Fuerte compromiso con la confidencialidad, cumplimiento normativo y calidad documental, fundamentales en el sector financiero.
