Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experiencedTechnical Program Manager (TPM)with a strongsoftware development and system architecture backgroundto lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate excels at driving execution, managing risks and dependencies, and communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technical programs involving multiple teamsTranslate business objectives into clear technical plans, milestones, and deliverablesDrive program planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across engineering teamsIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactivelyCoordinate dependencies across engineering, product, QA, Dev Ops, and external teamsFacilitate architecture and design discussions; ensure alignment with technical standardsCommunicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholdersEnsure on-time, high-quality delivery while maintaining engineering best practicesRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong background insoftware development and system architectureProven experience managingcomplex, cross-functional technical programsExcellent skills inprogram planning, execution, and risk managementHands-on understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and modern engineering practicesAbility to manage multiple dependencies and drive alignment across teamsExceptionalstakeholder communication and leadershipskillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with distributed or global engineering teamsFamiliarity with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and scalable systemsExperience working in Agile / SAFe environments
