As our
Loyalty Product Lead
, you will act as the strategic and operational bridge between
Doters and Viva
, leading the integration, evolution, and delivery of loyalty product initiatives across Viva's digital channels (web and app).
This role owns the definition, prioritization, and implementation of all loyalty-related requirements, ensuring the Doters experience is seamlessly embedded within Viva's digital ecosystem. The position requires strong coordination, influence, and governance skills to ensure high-quality, timely execution across both organizations, in an environment where negotiation and collaboration are essential.
Your deliverables will include:
Definition and refinement of the technical backlog (epics, user stories, technical tasks).
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Hands-on knowledge of digital architecture (front-end, back-end, APIs, data).
Experience with REST API integrations and endpoint consumption.
Collaboration on technical solution design alongside development and architecture teams.
Participation in QA, UAT, and test case definition.
Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to software development.
Understanding of scalability, security, and performance.
Ability to perform Knowledge Transfer (KT) to Operations / eCommerce teams.
Use of technical management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar).
Our ideal candidate:
3–5 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Product Manager with a strong IT background.
Experience working directly with Front-end and Back-end teams.
Participation in system integration projects using APIs.
Experience managing digital products in production with continuous releases.
Previous background in Front-end and/or Back-end development (nice to have).
Experience in eCommerce, loyalty, travel tech, or transactional platforms (nice to have, not mandatory).
Experience working in environments with complex architectures, multiple integrations, and technical dependencies.
Strong collaboration with Architecture, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
