This Position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate an unconstrained demand plan. Each day, you will conduct finished goods rationalization in coordination with relevant functions. You will also showcase your expertise by measuring, reporting on, and driving improvement in demand planning accuracy.
The work model for the role is: #L-Hybrid: 3 times a week in the office and 2 times via remote access.
This role is contributing to the SPCOMOPS - ELMS LATAM - Commercial Operation of USRDC in Miami. Main stakeholders are USRDC Planning and Fulfillment area.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating and maintaining the rolling 18-24 months of unconstrained demand forecasts for assigned products.
- Assembling and analyzing data pertinent to creating an unconstrained demand plan.
- Supporting Sales by providing guidance on global demand for specific products and assisting with the consolidation of the worldwide demand plan.
- Monitoring finished goods Stock Keeping Units (SKU) levels, recommending SKU rationalization initiatives, and feeding them into the Inventory Check book.

Qualifications for the role
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Materials/Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering (Industrial preferred), or related field.
- 2+years relevant work experience in the following: materials planning, sourcing and/or logistics, preferred. will considered associate’s
- Advanced knowledge of integrated ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- APICS / ISM or equal supply chain certifications preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, ability to achieve results with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and organization skills. and clear communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Power BI & Excel.
