**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, CPFR, and Manufacturing teams to understand key demand forecasting drivers.
- Analyze and challenge sales forecasts using historical data, seasonality trends, market insights, and budget considerations to enhance forecast accuracy.
- Improve demand forecasting through statistical modeling, advanced software tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead coordination of customer projects with Sales and Supply Planning teams.
- Optimize forecasting models and rules based on evolving market trends and demand patterns.
- Conduct quantitative and financial forecast analyses, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend continuous improvements.
- Facilitate forecast meetings as part of the internal Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
- Align demand forecasts with annual business planning objectives, identifying key convergences and discrepancies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field (mandatory).
- Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket (AFM) industry.
- Experience working with ERP systems (transactional data, operational reports, orders, inventories). S4/HANA experience is a plus.
- Advanced data analysis skills with expertise in Excel and Pivot Tables (Power BI is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization.
- Proven problem-solving ability with a track record of improving business performance.
- Fluent English (C1 level preferred); proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Proactive, takes initiative, and can work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with statistical models.
