**Senior Demand Planner**What will you do:- Maintain a constant relationship with the sales, marketing, finance, sourcing and manufacturing teams to understand the demand forecasting drivers.- Challenge the forecasts from the sales teams and the usual runs (historical data, seasonality, market trends, special offers, budgets ) with relevant data analysis.- Improve the forecasts accuracy (statistical models, software ) with transversal coordination actions.- Coordinate customer projects with Sales and Supply Planning.- Tune the forecast rules according to the demand and market trends.- Analyze quantity and financial forecasts, report of forecasts KPIs, and propose improvement.- Drive the forecasts meetings as part of the internal SIOP process.- Drive convergences and divergences versus the Annual Business Plan.Profile requirements:- University degree in economics, engineering, or any related field- At least 5 years relevant work experience in demand planning or related activities (mandatory)- Experience working with transactional level ERP data and operational reports (orders, inventories, etc.). S4/HANA is a plus, but not mandatory.- Excellent data analysis skills (including advanced Excel) and the ability to handle large and complex data sets.- Great communicator and able to interact with all levels of the organization.- Problem solver with a proven track record of improving business results (mandatory).- Fluent English, ideally a second language.- Ambitious, confident, and able to act quickly/change directions in a fast-changing enviroment.First Brands Group is a proud equal opportunity employer.
