Specializing in commercial, residential, vertical, and industrial developments, the company is committed to creating spaces that endure and transform the urban environment. This is a full-time on-site role for an Sales Advisor at our Aguascalientes, Mexico office. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting, presenting real estate options, closing sales, offering exceptional customer service, and participating in training to stay updated on products and market trends.
Customer service abilities, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process
Solid understanding of sales techniques and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience in or willingness to participate in continuous training and learning about industry trends
Previous experience in real estate or sales is advantageous but not mandatory
Proficiency in Spanish; additional language skills are a plus
