**Responsibilities**:

- Compiling inputs in PowerPoint/Excel and generating status report
- Provide support for standard business processes within the Company including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, IT, Finance and Operations through coordinating actions & following up on assigned action items
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Coordinate and plan company events that take place within business hours
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
- Keep office clean and organized to promote an efficient working environment
- Work with vendors regarding office maintenance
- Coordinate business trips. Agendas, hotel, flights, etc.**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
