**Technical Program Manager**

**About the Job**

**Qualifications**
- Proven engineering background with an ability to understand the technical attributes of the EV automotive components
- Great communication skills used to convey the customer's requirement to the manufacturing team
- An ability to Interface with the customer's design or procurement team to discuss the specification requirements and any manufacturing issues of the EV products
- Previous experience conveying customer's concerns to manufacturing teams
- Experience quickly resolving issues related to customer concerns and manufacturing bottlenecks
- Previous experience working directly with an OEM or a Tier 1 Automotive supplier
- In-depth knowledge of the EV industry
- Five or more years of experience working as a Technical Program Manager in the automotive industry
- Bachelors Degree in an Engineering field i.e. Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Prioritize multiple projects across all departments and systems and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Proven New Business Development experience at a Tier 1 supplier
