Position Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation, healthcare and share service, along with strong networking and relationship-building skills

Specific Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with the strategic needs of the business
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and industry-specific communities, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable candidates to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with job requirements and organizational goals.
- Foster and maintain relationships with industry experts, and relevant communities to stay informed about emerging trends and talent availability.
- Collaborate with HR partners to coordinate and schedule interviews, technical assessments, and other evaluation activities.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to negotiate offers, conduct reference checks, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, recruitment activities, and other relevant data in the applicant tracking system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Education, Experience, Competencies & Qualifications required:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in recruitment or automation technologies are a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on automation positions.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect and engage with automation professionals and experts.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to effectively evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Fully Bilingual
