About the Roles Join Capgemini's flagship innovation hub, the Applied Innovation Exchange (AIE) San Francisco, as part of our Guadalajara-based team. This hybrid role is ideal for creative thinkers, strategic analysts, and structured operators who thrive in fast-paced, tech-driven environments. You'll collaborate daily with the San Francisco in Silicon Valley team to support client engagements, research, showcases, and strategic initiatives, especially in areas like AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent systems.
Role 1: Design & Storytelling
Design high-quality presentations and visual assets for executive engagements, events, and thought leadership.
Create multimedia content including short-form videos and LinkedIn Live visuals.
Collaborate with strategists and researchers to shape the visual narrative of innovation.
Maintain brand consistency while evolving design expression with emerging trends.
3–5 years of experience in visual design, presentation design, or multimedia communication.
~ Proficiency in PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Role 2: Tech Intelligence & Research
Conduct startup research and ecosystem scans using platforms like PitchBook, Tracxn, and Crunchbase.
3–5 years in market research, tech analysis, consulting, or innovation strategy.
~ Maintain operational tools and ensure data accuracy.
Deliver executive-level updates and performance summaries.
5+ years in operations, PMO, or performance management in global environments.
~ Experience with Salesforce or equivalent platforms for data management and reporting.
