About the role:
Our next HR Associate will be a part of our Corporate HR Team within our HR Solutions Center in Mexico. This is an exciting team to be a part of as you get to work with many aspects of HR and support many people throughout the organization. We're looking for a candidate who has HR experience, working with Mexico, US and other countries inquiries, but is looking to learn, grow and would like a long-term career in HR.
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, a professional demeanor, the ability to think outside the box, and strong Excel skills.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Respond to questions on basic HR practices, process and policies, available for Mexico, USA, and other countries, via multiple channels within our HR Solutions center (e.g., e-mail, phone, chat, and case management system).
- Answer basic HR policy-related questions for managers, employees and coworkers in Mexico, USA and other countries and escalate as appropriate.
- Fields general, straightforward inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers; escalates inquiries to senior team members and/or management as necessary.
- Educate clients in Mexico of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday, HR Connect, and other systems
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.
- Continuously create and define process improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.
- Minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and USA's inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, correspondences and other written materials.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
- Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills.
- Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.
- Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$18,508.33 - $21,416.67 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
