Role Objectives
In this global role, you will drive and optimize Immunotec's e-commerce presence across
The Americas, Europe, and Asia
, owning both strategy and execution across major digital marketplaces.
You will lead product portfolio decisions, promotional strategies, and performance optimization to ensure consistent, scalable growth across regions. Operating at the intersection of
marketplace performance, content-led commerce, and community-driven selling
, you will help shape how Immunotec grows digitally worldwide.
In parallel, you will support the expansion of Immunotec's international footprint through a
strategic licensee model
, identifying, qualifying, and developing distributor partnerships in markets where the company does not operate directly. This includes managing distributor leads, building long-term relationships, and supporting licensees' growth in alignment with Immunotec's global brand and commercial standards.
With an entrepreneurial mindset, this role combines
strategic planning and hands-on execution
, offering high autonomy and direct impact on global commercial outcomes.
Essential Role & Responsibilities
Strategic Execution
Develop and implement global e-commerce strategies across platforms such as Amazon and MercadoLibre.
Drive the expansion of TikTok Shop as the sole social commerce channel, positioning it as a growth engine for Immunotec's direct selling business model.
Define pricing strategies and promotional mechanics aligned with platform performance and the direct selling model.
Execute e-commerce advertising strategies in collaboration with account managers and external agencies.
Team Leadership & Operations
Lead and mentor a team responsible for day-to-day e-commerce and TikTok Shop operations.
Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Content & Asset Development
Lead the development of e-commerce and social commerce assets, including storefront content, campaign creatives, and user-generated content.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across social commerce initiatives and affiliate networks.
Licensee Business Model
Identify and prioritize international markets for licensee or distributor expansion.
Qualify, onboard, and support licensee partners, including alignment on commercial and brand standards.
Set joint business objectives and support licensee growth through strategic guidance and core materials.
Academic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience, Competencies & Aptitudes
7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in e-commerce marketplaces.
3+ years of people leadership experience.
Fluency in English is required.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence globally.
Strong content sensibility and experience guiding content creation.
Experience in health & wellness and/or Direct Selling/MLM is a plus.
