The Role
The Reservation Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through confident, professional, and value‐driven communication across multiple channels, including
phone calls, live chat, and email entirely in English.
This role requires strong critical thinking, active listening, and the ability to guide guests through the reservation and sales process while maintaining clear boundaries and a customer‐centric approach.
Pay up to $15,000 MXN (before taxes).
Paid training + $2,500 MXN hiring bonus.
Performance bonuses of up to 30% of your monthly salary.

Work Schedule
~6 working days and 1 day off per week

Key Responsibilities
Provide high‐quality guest support 100% in English
through
phone calls, live chat, and email
, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Confidently assist guests with property and service inquiries, seeking support when needed to ensure correct information.
Engage guests using a consultative, value‐driven approach that focuses on overall experience rather than price alone.
Communicate information clearly and professionally, including setting polite and firm boundaries when necessary.
Actively listen to guest needs and demonstrate strong reading comprehension to deliver effective solutions.
Make sound decisions under pressure using critical thinking and reliable information.
Apply feedback and continuous learning to improve guest satisfaction and performance.
Maintain natural, engaging conversations while effectively guiding interactions back to the reservation or sales process.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 6 months of experience as a bilingual customer service or support agent
required
Advanced or fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience or comfort supporting customers via
phone calls, live chat, and email
Excellent active listening and reading comprehension skills
Strong critical thinking and decision‐making abilities
