Job Title: Mexico Technical Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide remote technical support to distributors and installers in Mexico, and offer on-site support when necessary.

2. Repair inverters, diagnose faults, and organize after-sales service data.

3. Guide and support installers in the installation, monitoring, and later operation and maintenance of residential photovoltaic power stations.

4. Provide promotional support to the sales team.

Job Requirements:

1. Hold a background in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation. Candidates with hands-on experience in solar PV will be prioritized.

2. Demonstrate proficiency in computer and office software operations, enabling efficient data management and technical documentation.

3. Exhibit a proactive and responsible work attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. Be capable of effectively executing project goals and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
