Customer Support Representative Bilingual Customer Support Representative for a final client in the Food & Beverage Industry opportunity in Mexico City:Role Overview The Call Center Customer Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support through inbound and/or outbound interactions. This role focuses on resolving customer concerns efficiently, providing accurate information, and creating a positive experience during every call.
