Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Specialist in Sales and Tooling Customer Support based in Mexico. The role involves managing customer relationships through effective communication and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will support sales activities, assist after landing of mould on customers side, manage sales processes, and offer solutions to meet customer tooling needs. The role also entails coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on driving results and business growth.
- Capability to conduct Training and educate customers on tooling products and solutions.
- Problem-solving abilities, organization skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish to cater to diverse client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in mold making and molding or a related industry is a need.
