About the role
The Travel & Expense Analyst is responsible for the administration, control, and audit of travel expenses and corporate credit cards, ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting accuracy, and timely support to internal customers through effective use of expense management systems such as Concur.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, control, and audit travel and corporate credit card expenses.
- Review and validate expense reports in compliance with internal policies.
- Provide support to internal users related to travel and expense processes.
- Manage and maintain the Concur system, including users, workflows, reporting, and configurations.
- Coordinate with Finance teams and external vendors to ensure accurate expense processing.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to travel and expense management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience using financial system Concur.
- Strong knowledge of expense policies, reimbursements, and financial controls.
Preferred Qualifications
- Concur experience at administrator level (user management, workflows, reporting).
- Experience in multinational or corporate environments.
