We are seeking a results-driven and strategic
Operations Manager
to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations. In this role, you will ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality across all operational functions while aligning with company goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced team leader with a proven ability to streamline processes, manage cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily operations to ensure consistent execution of key processes
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiency
Collaborate with department heads (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance) to support business objectives
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
Lead strategic initiatives such as process automation and system upgrades
Manage resource allocation for operational activities
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in operations leadership or management.
Strong understanding of operational systems, KPIs, and process optimization
Previous experience in a Contact Center (minimum 6 months).
Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
English proficiency
