Atender y dar seguimiento profesional y
con energía a prospectos y clientes, tanto en persona como por teléfono, WhatsApp e email.
Realizar
ventas consultivas entendiendo necesidades y proponiendo soluciones claras y de alto valor.
Generar confianza y construir relaciones a largo plazo con clientes residenciales, empresas y administradores de propiedades.
Gestionar el proceso de venta completo: presentación, negociación, cierre y entrega.
Mantener actualizada la información en CRM / base de datos.
Español e inglés avanzados (oral y escrito, indispensable).
Experiencia previa en ventas o atención al cliente (mínimo 1–2 años).
Persona
proactiva
, responsable y orientada a resultados.
Manejo básico de herramientas digitales (WhatsApp Business, correo, CRM, etc.).
