BYD México is looking for a highly skilled Translator to support our growing operations in Mexico. This role is critical in enabling real-time communication between local teams and global stakeholders, particularly in executive meetings, negotiations, and cross-cultural business environments within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide real-time interpretation in Chinese, Spanish, and English during meetings, negotiations, workshops, and site visits.
- Translate business, technical, and operational documents, including presentations, reports, contracts, and emails.
- Support commercial negotiations by ensuring accurate communication, tone, and intent across languages.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all translated and interpreted content.
- Support the expat team members in goverment procedures

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Languages, International Relations, Business, or related field.
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish, English, and Chinese.
- Proven experience in real-time interpretation for business or corporate environments.
- Strong understanding of business etiquette and negotiation protocols, preferably in Chinese–Latin American contexts.
- Desirable eperience in the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and professional judgment.
- Willingness to travel ocasionally nationwide.
