- **Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Must be able to comfortably communicate with our US customers via phone**:
- **High school diploma or recent graduate of technical bachelor or engineering**:
- **Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills**:

- **Prior call center and customer service experience is necessary**:

- **Organized and fluent in Microsoft Office and G-Suite**
**As a Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for guiding our Agents and Merchants through the Implementation Process of their New POS System.**
**We're looking for professionals with excellent communication and organization skills who can build relationships with clients. Schedule appointments, shipment of equipment, and hire technicians to assist with the installation.**
**As well as manage our Implementation team schedule and assign appointments and provide thorough follow-up on each account.**
**We're looking for a professional with Customer Service experience, an outgoing and easygoing personality who can thrive under pressure, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, and a willingness to learn.**
**Compensation**:
- **13,000-16,000 pesos per month equivalent +**:
