Tu rol será hacer crecer y evolucionar la voz de Hackmetrix : que más empresas nos descubran, nos entiendan y nos admiren. Liderar la presencia orgánica en LinkedIn , incluyendo contenido estratégico, visibilidad de líderes y campañas por segmento. Organizar y activar nuestra presencia en eventos presenciales y virtuales , propios o de aliados, como canal de posicionamiento y confianza. Escalar nuestra comunidad técnica (Slack, newsletter, webinars, foros, etc.) para mantenernos cerca de clientes y referentes. Colaborar con Marketing, Ventas y Customer Success para que el contenido acelere el pipeline y eleve el valor percibido por clientes. Medir, mejorar y reportar el impacto de marca en crecimiento: awareness, engagement, leads influenciados, menciones en AI chats, etc. 3+ años de experiencia en contenido, marca o comunicación estratégica en startups B2B, preferiblemente SaaS o tecnología. ~ Redacción impecable y criterio editorial para adaptar conceptos técnicos a formatos claros y atractivos. ~ Experiencia construyendo o activando comunidad (newsletter, Slack, eventos, foros). ~ Dominio de LinkedIn orgánico y estrategia de contenido segmentado por rol o industria. ~ Español, inglés intermedio. Ciclos iterativos rápidos: "probar antes de perfeccionar". Somos obsesivos con la experiencia del usuario y la calidad de nuestros entregables.
