Estamos contratando Legal Intake Specialist – Solvo Global
Lunes a viernes, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hora Central)
Inglés B2/C1 obligatorio
Estamos buscando un Especialista en Admisión On-Site para unirse a nuestro equipo y ser el primer punto de contacto para clientes potenciales.
Este rol es ideal para alguien que se desempeñe bien en entornos dinámicos, disfrute ayudar a los demás y pueda equilibrar empatía con eficiencia.
Serás responsable de gestionar consultas entrantes, recopilar información del cliente y garantizar una experiencia de incorporación fluida.
Atender llamadas entrantes y responder consultas de clientes con profesionalismo y empatía.
Recopilar e ingresar información del cliente con precisión en los sistemas internos.
Dar seguimiento a los clientes para completar documentación de admisión y aclarar detalles.
Mantener registros organizados y actualizados de las interacciones con clientes.
Colaborar con los miembros del equipo para garantizar transiciones y procesos de incorporación fluidos.
Utilizar herramientas como CRM, plataformas de programación y aplicaciones de comunicación para gestionar flujos de trabajo.
Mantener un tono orientado al cliente y cortés en todas las interacciones.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
Nivel de inglés conversacional B2+
Mentalidad altamente empática y enfocada en el cliente.
Cómodo manejando llamadas y documentación simultáneamente.
Experiencia en procesos de admisión y captura de datos.
Familiaridad con sistemas CRM y herramientas de programación.
Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente, ventas o roles administrativos es un plus.
