We’re Hiring: PVA Automate Specialist (Remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop robust attended/unattended desktop flows in Power Automate Desktop with advanced error handling and dynamic selectors.
- Configure gateways, machine groups, and run queues for unattended RPA; schedule and monitor executions.
- Integrate PAD with cloud flows, Dataverse, SharePoint, SAP, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Implement governance strategies: environment setup, DLP policies, secrets management, and access control.
- Design conversational bots in Power Virtual Agents: topics, triggers, variables, entity recognition, and fallback handling.
- Connect bots with Power Automate flows and external APIs for transactional processes.
- Optimize NLP, track analytics (CSAT, containment), and run A/B testing.
- Ensure compliance and licensing alignment for bot usage.
Required Skills
- 3–5+ years hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop and cloud flows.
- 2–3+ years building Power Virtual Agents bots with integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, custom connectors, REST APIs, OAuth/AAD.
- Familiarity with ALM, DLP policies, and Power Platform governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Agile/Scrum experience.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
Nice to Have
- AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, SAP automation.
- .NET/C#, Python scripting, Git/GitHub workflows.
