We’re Hiring: PVA Automate Specialist (Remote) Are you passionate about automation and building intelligent solutions? Join our global team and take your Power Platform expertise to the next level Key Responsibilities Develop robust attended/unattended desktop flows in Power Automate Desktop with advanced error handling and dynamic selectors. Configure gateways, machine groups, and run queues for unattended RPA; schedule and monitor executions. Integrate PAD with cloud flows, Dataverse, SharePoint, SAP, SQL, and REST APIs . Implement governance strategies : environment setup, DLP policies, secrets management, and access control. Design conversational bots in Power Virtual Agents: topics, triggers, variables, entity recognition, and fallback handling. Connect bots with Power Automate flows and external APIs for transactional processes. Optimize NLP, track analytics (CSAT, containment), and run A/B testing. Ensure compliance and licensing alignment for bot usage. Required Skills 3–5+ years hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop and cloud flows. 2–3+ years building Power Virtual Agents bots with integrations. Strong knowledge of Dataverse, custom connectors, REST APIs, OAuth/AAD . Familiarity with ALM, DLP policies, and Power Platform governance . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Agile/Scrum experience . Advanced English is mandatory. Nice to Have AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, SAP automation. .NET/C#, Python scripting, Git/GitHub workflows.
