Digital Marketing Director for Logistics Innovation

Lalamove Mexico is a leading logistics platform that connects customers and drivers directly through technology. We offer a fast and convenient way to book delivery and moving services, whether at home, work, or on the go.
As a high-caliber Digital Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving marketing success in Mexico across full funnels. This includes developing and implementing local marketing plans to drive awareness, customer acquisition, growth, and retention. You will also manage internal and external resources to ensure marketing campaigns are rolled out as planned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement local marketing plans to drive awareness, customer acquisition, growth, and retention
- Manage internal and external resources to ensure marketing campaigns are rolled out as planned
- Drive channel performance optimization of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, network campaigns, etc.
- Derive actionable insights from marketing and product data and take prompt actions in optimization growth hacking
- Oversee and grow marketing team department, constantly identify revenue and partnership opportunities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of working experience and a proven track record of success
- Prior experience in a marketing-related role in Tech/Logistics is a plus
- Data-driven with proven experience deriving marketing opportunities and strategy through data analysis and working in an ROI-driven organization
- Proficient with marketing technology tools and able to turn marketing data into actionable insights
- Organized, meticulous, results-oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Team-player with start-up spirit and able to fit in a dynamic working environment
Benefits:
