The Role

This Digital Marketing Strategist will leverage paid digital advertising channels to achieve specific business and marketing goals in Mexican and other IPF Digital markets.

The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (search, display, social, video) for B2C and B2B businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Formulate and execute paid advertising strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Identify and target specific audience segments.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Create compelling copy that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
  • Conduct keyword research to ensure ads appear in relevant searches.
  • Execute A/B testing.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, changes in advertising platforms, and new technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advertising initiatives with marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant advertising policies, laws, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Fluent verbal and written English skills.
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio, Tableau).
  • Keyword research skills to optimize ad content.
  • Ability to create visually appealing ads and optimize creative elements.
  • Capability to troubleshoot technical issues related to ad placements and tracking.
Salary and Benefits:

$100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
