Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Product Line Manager to drive growth and innovation in our Dram Product Line. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies to grow market share in Automotive, Industrial and Consumer verticals while maintaining product line profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Share Growth: Define and implement strategies to increase market share in target verticals.
  • Product Development: Develop strong partnerships with engineering, technology development, and quality organizations to deliver best-in-class products with differentiated features.
  • Team Leadership: Hire and create high-performing teams providing support to multiple internal Micron BUs.
  • Financial Analysis: Establish effective financial and business analyses and processes to justify and approve next-generation products.
  • Issue Resolution: Drive speedy resolution of issues seen during qualification and production.
  • Demand Creation: Define strategies to drive demand creation, while effectively handling supply, demand, and inventory.
Education & Ideal Experience
  • Extensive Semiconductors Experience: Extensive experience in semiconductors with deep understanding of DRAM and memory markets.
  • Product Launch Experience: Strong experience in developing and launching products with knowledge of market trends, customers, and supply chains associated with Automotive, Industrial, and Consumer vertical segments.
  • Team Leadership Experience: A proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to drive high-performance results with innovative solutions.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year
