We offer an attractive salary package for this position, estimated at $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner Lead who will collaborate with business unit, department, and functional leadership to communicate and implement HR programs that support business goals and drive bottom-line results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing human resources strategies focused on increasing employee engagement and retention rates;
  • Managing employee resource utilization across assigned HR activities and client groups;
  • Initiating and championing continuous improvement/lean initiatives for an assigned HR group to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources management;
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting Human Resources metrics to an assigned HR team to ensure that business unit or department objectives are met;
  • Guiding interpretation of human resources policies and procedures and related activities;
  • Assisting with investigations related to human resource compliance issues, preparing documentation, and making appropriate recommendations based on investigation findings;
  • Assisting Talent Management with leading recruitment efforts, when needed, to help attract diverse talent and build bench strength;
  • Providing timely, high-quality, and impactful employee communications to educate, motivate, and engage employees;
  • Affecting labor and employee relations needs and issues; and
  • Identifying training and development needs and issues.

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate must have advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. The individual should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
