As a Medical History Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing remote medical, administrative, and documentation assistance for pediatric patients in the state of Florida.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Request, review, and update electronic medical records (ER visits, hospitalization, immunization records)
- Complete medical forms: prescriptions, referrals, medical equipment requests
- Schedule medical appointments
- Notify patients about lab results and/or imaging studies
**Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor degree in a health-related area
- Medical terminology knowledge required
- Good judgment, organizational ability, attention to detail, and the ability to be self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-stress and fast-moving environment
