Job Title: Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our team at Bluequo. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategic campaigns, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing strategic guidance.
  • Briefing & Coordination: Analyze client briefs, prepare clear and actionable briefs for the creative team, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Project Oversight: Work closely with the Project Manager to develop and implement strategic campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client needs and suggesting additional services.
  • Pressure Management: Effectively manage high-pressure situations, negotiate with clients, and provide realistic timelines for deliverables.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate with teams across digital communication, influencer marketing, and content creation to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
  • Strategic Insight: Keep up-to-date with market trends and the competitive landscape to make proactive recommendations that enhance client campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Studies in Marketing, Communication, and related fields
